1, natural heat conduction graphite tablets: advantages: through chemical method, graphitized thin films are obtained at high temperature and high pressure, the thermal conductivity reaches 800~1200w/m-k, and the thinnest thickness is 0.1mm. Shortcomings: there is a certain gap between thermal conductivity and thickness and artificial synthesis.

2, synthetic graphite thermal film: advantages: synthetic graphite film in high temperature environment, through the method of graphite synthesis, a carbon nanotube prepared high crystalline graphite film in film crystallization on the surface of a high thermal conductivity: 1500-2000W/m-k, 1-3 times better than copper, is heat material to eliminate the local hot spots of the ideal; can act as a bridge between the heat transfer and hot radiator; it can reach 0.03mm in thickness. Shortcomings: the price is more expensive, it is a few times the price of natural graphite, and the manufacturers are mostly foreign conductive graphite materials manufacturers.


3, nano composite graphite membrane: the advantage is that nano graphite can be obtained through expansion and ultrasonic shock treatment with expandable graphite as raw material, and then graphite oxide and reduced graphite can be obtained by oxidizing and reducing nano graphite respectively. The polymer matrix materials such as polyvinyl alcohol, polystyrene and cellulose are properly modified to improve the thermal conductivity of nanoscale graphite.
